Mark C. Baker, Sr., is a graduate of Memphis State University (BA 1984) and Mississippi College School of Law (with distinction 1987). Mark has been actively practicing law for 26 years and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mark is currently serving in his third term as a State Representative in the Mississippi House of Representatives. Mark is currently the Chairman of the Judiciary En Banc and Judiciary A Committees and the Chairman of the Public Finance Subcommittee of the House Ways and Means Committee. Mark is also a member of the House Education, Municipalities and Apportionment and Elections Committees.
Adrian W. Mills, is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi (2007) and a graduate of Mississippi College School of Law (2011). Adrian is a lifelong resident of Rankin County and practicies primarily in the area of estate planning and real estate transactions. Adrian is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
